You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This includes:
We do not claim ownership rights in your User Content and will not use it for purposes beyond providing the Level Journey service.
You may not upload, transmit, or share User Content that:

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Level Journey or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a personal device that you own or control for your personal, non-commercial use.

By using the Service, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We encourage you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each third-party service that you visit or use.
Level Journey offers three premium subscription options:
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You will be charged through your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the same price unless:
Level Journey does not currently offer a free trial period. You will be charged immediately upon subscribing to a monthly or annual plan. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain premium access until the end of your current billing period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:
You can also manage subscriptions directly from the App Store app or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
When you cancel your subscription:
Lifetime purchases cannot be cancelled as they are one-time, non-recurring transactions.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple, not to Level Journey.
To request a refund from Apple:
Apple reviews all refund requests on a case-by-case basis according to their refund policy. We do not control Apple's refund decisions.
If Apple approves your refund:
If your payment method fails during subscription renewal, Apple will attempt to collect payment for up to 16 days (the "grace period"). During this time:
If payment is not successful within 16 days, your subscription will be cancelled and premium access will be revoked.

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify premium features at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email.

If we increase the price of your subscription, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Your subscription will renew at the current price until you accept the new price.
You can restore your previous purchases at any time by:
This will sync your current subscription status with Apple's servers and restore premium access if you have an active subscription.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEVEL JOURNEY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR, IF GREATER, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Level Journey, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where the developer is based.
If you are a consumer in a country with stronger consumer protection laws, those additional protections may still apply to you.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
The failure of Level Journey to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Level Journey.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Level Journey regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Level Journey.
